Suggestion Title: no uncropped evidence

How would it benefit the server: could see what the story is and see if they cropped them self breaking rules or starting something deny people who crop there videos or give them 24 hours to change it

Potential Issues/Exploits: none

Additional notes:

The thing is how far do you want people to go before it becomes "uncropped"

Sorry, I'm not one to want to watch 7 hours of footage before getting to the evidence.

Plus, it makes it take longer for them to upload it, and leaves the sit taking much longer to take care of (At least in retrospect)

Still, I literally get under 1 mbps of upload speed, 30 seconds of footage takes me 4-5 minutes to upload.

I don't like this rule as it forces people to show footage they shouldn't have to show. If you're breaking rules, you're going to get an f1 against you anyways. It's not fair to people that don't want to waste their time uploading footage that doesn't need to be uploaded, and also sometimes not even compatible. I use plays.tv, and the max I use is 1 minute. Why? Because it shows the back story to the events that took place, without taking too long to upload. Not 10 minutes.
