Hi GaryJohnson,
We can see that your purchase was successful and you have already linked your Steam profile (steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198214000997). All you need to do now is re-connect to the server and you will see a message in chat saying you have 2 Booster Packs ready to claim. Simply go to the F4 menu > Donate tab and press the claim button. All your cash, cases and upgrades will then be applied. Hope that helps!
