Shoutbox

How would it benefit the server:

It would allow people to communicate separately from the actual forums, would allow for general fun conversation and banter. Would be a good place to share memes etc and would lower the amount of non-constructive posts considerably.

Potential Issues/Exploits:

TOU breaks, but these could easily be dealt with by means of a ban.
