TOPIC: [SSRP] Unblock Axis/Ballsocket tool

Server Name: Semi-Serious Roleplay

Suggestion Title: Allow the axis and ballsocket tool to be used.

How would it benefit the server: You can make some pretty cool things with it like a wheel that spins around that can be used for betting or other things.

Potential Issues/Exploits: None, really. Unless it's misused? But it can just be removed by admins and the player punished. Pretty much has the same "threat" level as allowing props to be spawned.

Additional notes: N/A.

Use the precision versions, I'm sure they do the same.
