TOPIC: New Hitman Rule Suggestion

Suggestion Title:
Hitman-Alt Rule

How would it benefit the server:
Makes people who abuse the no rules set on allowing people to set hits for themselves with alts less mingy

Potential Issues/Exploits:
Hard to prove they're using an alt to set them if they don't openly admit to it.

Additional notes:
Just seems a bit mingy to me that people are allowed to set hits for themselves with an alt account. Plus it's against the rules that people can't set a hit then change to hitman it just seems very similar to me but just with 2 accounts.

How you gonna prove someone has an alt?

There are people that currently do it who openly admit to using alts. But as for the people who don't admit to it I guess it would take longer to prove they're using an alt. I'll add that to the potential issues, thank you.
