Editing the Roof Building Rule

How would it benefit the server:
Less confusion over the already fucked rule.

Additional notes:
models/hunter/plates/plate5x5.mdl is the prop I used to measure the hight of "Two Stories"

You would stacker these two props on top of each other like I did in the screenshot and then BAM, easy two story measurement stick.
