Server Name: zarp ssrp servers

Suggestion Title: To solve rda

How would it benefit the server:people would no longer be rda'd by trolls or people who don't know the rules. I'm suggesting that maybe you could implement something to help stop this massive rda issue on server one every time I join I get rda'd same with a lot of people so if you could make it so you can only be arrested if you're wanted, meaning players without a wanted status can't be arrested taking this rda issue out of zarp.
