Suggestion Title: Remove the rule that disallow us to have raidable entities in the elevators

How would it benefit the server: I was waiting for this suggestion to see how the new rule worked out and all i see is people leaving and complaining about the fact that basing is near imposible now and only having action in raiding the pd and the bank. Trust me that gets boring after a while. Printers and other things that you have in order to base or need to improve it are almost never in use and most likely in sale just to get money. The thrill in getting raided/Raiding bases and defending them are way less now since that rule is here and it needs to be back to what it once was.

Potential Issues/Exploits: None

Additional notes: Removing the rule will bring players back and will make playing on the server more enjoyable again. For the people that think it is unraidable are incorrect. There are countless of video's where it shows that it is raidable. Please think about this first and the future of SSRP by bringing this back because now SSRP is getting boring for a lot of people and i don't like to see that as a Super Admin as well of hearing people resign that find SSRP not fun anymore. At the moment suits and other very good specials are too overpowered against bases and will get destroyed with ease.

First people say they are too OP now they complain, just bring them back as all there are is fucking miners, and people are even basing as fucking miners.

First it was removed as bases were "too hard" to raid but now its too hard to base...

Or just make every single person happy and nerf mining, make ruby conversion to gems only give you 20-40.

I have never used a (Successful) Elevator base but I don't see why people get butt hurt at how hard to raid they are. I have never been successful in raiding a elevator base but I've never bought any special weapons. I always seen these "Impossible to raid" bases as a fun challenge for a less equipped player like myself.

I don't use them myself but they should be allowed back into the game.

Rule should stay, lots of new exciting features in the summer update this year according to Chute and it will most likely involve a big change to basing. Let's wait and see.
