Suggestion Title: Melee Boost Upgrade

How would it benefit the server: it would make it so people use melee weapons more and the mutant job is played more

Potential Issues/Exploits: N/A

Additional notes: To craft it you should need to get a certain amount of kills with melee weapons

It seems like a semi decent suggestion the only thing I see is that I don't believe that they can actually track logs for melee kills. However maybe they could I don't think this is necessary. Good luck

Hmm, I don't think this is needed, if you want a melee boost from a knife then take a machete, or a damascus sword. Pretty simple.

Or boost the mutants speed as if they have half the amphetamine speed. Would make the job better.
