Suggestion Title: A new suit

How would it benefit the server: There hasn't been a cosmetic suit in a while, it'd be nice to have a suit which you can't lose and also would look good. Designer Suit etc. all looked good when it was released, however now it's a bit outdated and I think a new suit would make this better. Please post suggestions on what you'd want it to look like, however I already have a couple of ideas.

Potential Issues/Exploits: Can't think of any

Additional Notes: Please make this happen, this is something everyone with a bit of cash could afford instead of just the rich.
