Oh my god. This.
How many times do I have to deal with people who say they got RDA because there's 5 cops arresting everyone on spawn as soon as they leave the jail because the mayor has a lockdown saying "too much crime" that has been going for the last 3 hours.

A rule won't fix this...
They'll either have to
A: remove lockdowns entirely.
B: remove lockdown when the mayor leaves the job
....
Minges will always screw with it no matter if there's a rule or not, and punishing players for it seems kinda stupid.

I just like the idea in general. I think it will add to the RP aspect in the game. Like for an excuse of being outside during a lock down "Oh I had to visit my kid at the hospital" or something like that
