Same goes to scamming but we all know what happened to that. You scam some, you get scammed some. If you get scammed question your thought process next time you trade with him/share items with him.

Who enjoys being raided?
Who enjoys losing their money at a casino?
Who enjoys being mugged?
Who enjoys being killed?
Who enjoys losing their special items?
Who enjoys losing at events?

Should rules to stop these or hinder these from happening also be implemented?

I mean, it kills the game at some point, unless the game is about obtaining weapons and special items only to keep them safe for display.

I already noticed that.
And I do not think that removing the scamming rule was a good idea, and removing this rule is an equally bad idea in my eyes.
But going by that logic, there won't be a game to play at the end.
The thing with games is, you can lose.. and you can win.
How would it ever be fun/good to win if no one can lose and all are winners to begin with?
To which extent are we gonna add the "who enjoys this" rules.
Cuz:
"who enjoys getting other stuff than jackpot on the wheels?"
"Who enjoys getting their precious nuke de-armed and blown up?"

Im pretty sure you should see where I am getting at.
If we keep on adding these kind of rules, shouldn't we just get it over with and remove every single kind of bad thing that could happen ingame at once?
While we are at it we could also add the "who enjoys this" rules staffwise, since "who enjoys to get banned on the server they are trolling around on?"
