Suggestion Title: Add timers to Gag/Mute

How would it benefit the server: If people mute/Gag someone for micspam/chatspam, and the admin leaves the server and forgets to unmute/ungag, Timer's would be great.

Potential Issues/Exploits: I don't know if it works for ULX as i took a screenshot from SSRP (Fadmin)

Additional notes:

(I had permission to use the Mute and Gag on him to take a screenshot)
