Suggestion Title: S.W.A.T Trucks

How would it benefit the server: Another reason to buy VIP, adds another vehicle to the game and increases RP.

Potential Issues/Exploits: If the suggestion was accepted and the S.W.A.T Truck chosen had sirens/lights, they may be spammed.

Additional notes:

The S.W.A.T Truck would probably have a shit ton of HP and would only be able to be spawned by S.W.A.T jobs. Just imagine cruising down the street or into a gun fight with a truck load of S.W.A.T members in the back, and they all jump out to deal with the crime. One of the reasons that police cars were not added were due to the sirens I believe, so we could have S.W.A.T trucks without sirens maybe. VIPs don't have many features when you think about it, so it's always good to have more, there are also no VIP-only vehicles, and there are no differences between SAS and S.W.A.T in-game so having something like this to make S.W.A.T better than SAS would be great.

This needs to happen. Yesterday a guy came on S2, applied for Police 20 times before getting the job and then asked "Where's the cop car". I explained there wasn't one, he had to use his own. He replied "There's no cop car? I've to get my own car to do my job as a cop? What if I don't have money for a car?" and tbh it just felt like he was entirely right and I've never even thought about it that way.

what would really be nice if you could shoot out of the windows of the car. and if the car gets shot the car gets damaged not all the people inside. That'd be pretty cool
