Suggestion Title:ACS Buff

How would it benefit the server:Well atm the ACS/Advanced Combat Suit is complete rubbish compared to the other suits, my idea is you can put a forcefield without being in it however only lasts for 5-10 seconds and you can use your cursor to aim at where you want to plant a forcefield at. Also I think we are all complaining at how little HP there is so I request it to become 300HP.

Potential Issues/Exploits: People might use Forcefield to RDM or to interrupt sits.

Imagine everybody is in one cramp area and your raiding with ACS , if you choose to place your marker there, they'll all die and the raid is over. Should just stick to the regular forcefield around themselves and 300 HP, with like decrease of some armor.
