Server Name: Zarp SSRP (Propably all servers)

Suggestion Title: Mayor Election Bug

How would it benefit the server: More people could have a possibility to become the mayor.

Potential Issues/Exploits: I cannot think of any.

Additional notes: When some people select mayor in F4 menu they get a communicate: "[ZARP-Notice]: You cant change jobs because Please confirm your mayor candidacy!"
This doesn't allow most of the people to become the mayor.
