Suggestion Title: local hide option for players

How would it benefit the server:
mass amounts of players on the server can cause a great deal of lag client-side which can ruin peoples runs and strafes etc.

Potential Issues/Exploits:
1) When death if you have this enabled it could become a problem as you wouldn't be able to see the runners
2) You'd need to also hide entities like a vape etc.

Additional notes:
You could make this into a client convar and force it to disabled whenever somebody becomes a death to stop the problem with not seeing runners as a death.
