Item/s lost: Hyper Suit gauss
Proof *VIDEO/PICTURES*: I did not take any pictures of my hyper suit just got and was just testing with a raid.
Story: I just got my brand new suit from my friend Ian Brown and I was testing it out by raiding someone then the server crashes from someone that placed a bunch of slams from what I heard.

I have looked over your refund request, and i came to the following conclusion

Conclusion

I have searched trough the logs and before the server crashed you died multiple times you must have lost it during a battle or when you got killed or during the time you suicided.
The suit only is lost when you get killed. In the case of a server crash it gets returned to your inventory. I strongly suggest you look in your inventory to see if its there.
