Story: I heard there was a double booster pack deal so I get on zarp and claimed the one I had and I looked in my invin to see if it was all there and I only got a single booster packs worth not 2

you only get double bpacks when you buy them, you already had one, only one

In simple terms, this means that if you bought the boosters when the deal is on you would get twice that you would get without a deal (eg you bought 5 and got 10).
Other than that the "deal" remains the same but only the quantity of the booster packs you get changes

It is confusing. You just have to buy em.
