How would it benefit the server: it would make it worth crafting

Potential Issues/Exploits: none that I can think of

Additional notes: make it so it damages players, damages props

Should be used more, Just like the nitro and nerve gas

Last time it was 'worth crafting' the server was unplayable. It one-hit through walls.

Maybe not buff but receive more than one after crafting ?
