Suggestion Title: Make 'Ban from job' appear on the F6 menu

How would it benefit the server: Currently in the meetings, being banned from a job does not class as a punishment as it does not appear on the F6. I usually ban people from jobs for reasons such as 'corruption', instead of warning people, and many others do too.

Potential Issues/Exploits: Troll admins demoting their friends.

Additional notes: Minor rulebreaks such as corruption as police would not be overlooked and ignored in meetings.

Well i don't think it would hurt to have this. But i don't see that big of a need for it. This command is barely used. And i see why if someone that was police did something wrong that is minor and he gets banned from the job, and he had tons of fun as police, that would ruin his RP experience

Only issue I see is the possibility of the F6 being spammed, because I often ban a player from ALL cops jobs; such as in the case of an RDAer or a RDMer who uses job weapons.
There should be a system like this as a demote should class as a punishment on its own
