Suggestion Title: Party System

How would it benefit the server: With the party system I think you could add it to the medi shields instead of the gangs because high rank gang's members don't usually base together and usually raid each other and it gets annoying because my medi shield helps them while they're raiding me, so if you can make a party and the medi shield only heals the party members it would be a lot more useful item and might make people want to buy it. You could also add the party system to work for other items and things like doors and stuff.

Potential Issues/Exploits: None that I can see at the moment.

Additional notes: I think this would really boost the community as it makes it easier to work with items and thing.
