Suggestion Title:
A new way of how we reply on applications

How would it benefit the server:
Alright so i have noticed a flaw with how we reply on applications. Most of the times we deny applications and add the reason on why he got denied, when it would be way better if we were to put more effort to the way we reply on Denied application by adding some positives about the applicant rather than giving him only the negatives. This way it will be more detailed and will also encourage the applicant to reapply for the position making him overall feel better.

Additional notes:
Let me remind you that in our Application Reply Template we state that we will be giving the player some positives and negatives about him and his applications.

This time, the staff team have decided that you still need to work on your application and then apply again next week. To try and help you they have summarised some positives & negatives discussed during the meeting:

We do constructive criticism, we don't just say "lol dude you suck ass come back again next year lelelelelelele"

We say "Work on your activity" or "Work on your rules" which is neither a negative or a positive its just constructive criticism. If someone gets "Filled with negativity" because of that, it is not our fault it is theirs. If we say "You need to work on your rules" they are not going to go "Oh no I hate myself now" They will respond how an actual person does by improving on that flaw.

Criticism is not positive or negative, its criticism it is not directed towards the person as an insult or a compliment. I will have to give you an example, if someone says "You don't clean your room enough" its not really an insult its just a style of life. Guyz in my eyes it is Good coz the moderator Noxchi is not active anymore coz he got denied to get admin ( think thats why is is inactive) so maybe Positives is a good thing to do coz they wanne apply faster back then so that would be better think So Letz do this coz it would be a good change in it! If they don't act like that, then they are acting like spoiled brats complaining about criticism and should not be accepted until they improve on that behavior.

It's fine as it is. But i suppose your suggestion wouldn't hurt. Of course it will help a lot the applicants and in my opinion will give them motivation to keep applying and never give up. The negatives are more important than the positives to be fair, but i agree that the applicant should know what he is doing well and what he is doing wrong. If we say "Work on your rules" as I said before, then that is motivation to improve that flaw.

Lets say for example we tell them they are fun and intelligent. This is something that you say to them in person, it simply does not fit on a DENIED application.

If you wish to give a denied applicant emotional support then talk to them yourself like I did with Gody and Troublemaker.

It is far more effective then a few words of positive criticism on a denied app.
