Suggestion Title: Disable /demote for users

How would it benefit the server: As of now and probably in the future, /demote is a command that people use to demote rule breakers or to demote someone simply because they are triggered. Lately on server 2, I'm randomly getting demoted while afk mining 2. Since people don't use /demote for its actual purpose, we should just disable it because people are abusing it.

Potential Issues/Exploits: Can't demote people for 'actual' reason

Additional notes: There is really no need to demote except for rule breaking, but there is only a couple exceptions that it should not even matter.

Actually there are a few reasons to validly demote someone which are RP Reasons. An example would be demoting a GodFather for not setting up an agenda, or demoting a Mayor for not doing Lottery's, or demoting a Shop Owner for not setting up a shop, or demoting a Gun Dealer for not selling guns... The list goes on and yes it might be used for rulebreak but this is what staff are for.

Removing it is just a dumb idea and probably won't happen.

Meh it would help a ton and if someone isn't doing their job then they could call an admin. It's just used inappropriately most of the time and I sometimes ever see it being used for RP reasons.

instead give admins a command wich blocks users from false demoting, say a user false demoted someone the admin can then block his demote command or something idk

To be honest, I do not think many admins think about it. Myself I couldn't remember that there was a function to stop false demotes, until I accidently pressed a keybind I had for it. Soeh.

I think the idea of the /demote system is just fine. The problems begin when people misuse it to falsely demote people. If the staff team enforce the proper usage of /demote I think it should stay as there are many legitimate IC RP reasons to use it. What if, When you're trying to demote someone it sends a notification to the admins and then we can click "Allow" or "Disallow" Just brainstorming.

I think it's a good idea to remove /demote... because most of them are false demotes and dont get handled by staff only because it happens too often. Only reaon why it may have a flaw to remove /demote, is if there is a job that fulls but somoene is AFK as that job... But the solution to that problem is be a VIP

Why not just make it so /demote can only be used on jobs that can be validly demoted from ex mayor godfather gun dealer heavy gun dealer

There are several reasons why you would need to demote somebody inrp and I feel that instead of removing it you may be able to add more administrative features to a demote to make admins more aware and easier to stop it for example admins have the option to cancel the demote once its up with f3 or something similar to what jordz said
