Issue/Bug: Advanced Combat suit taser glitch

Date/Time: 05/02/2017

Brief description of the issue/bug: When wearing an ACS you can run faster, jump higher and gain allot of health and armour compared to normal. If you're wanted and you get tased by a cop your speed, jump height and health/armour are set to normal.
