Good ideas like rules,iteams,and ect
First you need mod/admin on s3 all the time some one propspams all the time as soon as the mods/admins get off.2nd Nerf or add a basewars like set up you cat just blow up every thing in sight with out calling a raid so you dont blowup other players props when your raiding some one else(nuke would be fine because its more of a hole server raid so it give more reason to go for it.All crims raiding the jail need to advert.Crims shouldnt be allowed to kill cops in the bank with out raid being in progress.Some one needs to add that the main room where the paycheck lady isnt kill on sight area for those living on the upper lvls because it seems no one understands that.Nukes shouldnt be allowed on the upper floors that require elevator to get to.
For staff to look after the server all the time would be hard with school,work and what not,basewars kinda of system might be little gliche but it cut down on poeple just bombing bases to bomb them,advert only makes snice,having nuke on the upper floors wouldnt be hard to enforce.
