Suggestion Title: "Buy it now"

How would it benefit the server: Instead of waiting 1hrs-24hrs , the auction house will have a higher price to buy it now , but the owner of the item chooses the price for buy it now example , Thundergun : 8mil , Buy it now price : 12mil
