TOPIC: The administrative staff is awful

Let's be real here, the admins don't know what they're doing. They never answer F1s, they just don't give a shit.

I'll give you an example: Yesterday there was a mass rdmer running around killing everyone, so I pulled out a gun and killed him. Rather than the mass rdmer getting banned, I was warned for having a big gun as a citizen. What the fuck?

Today, my base was raided over and over by a donator even though I had a building sign. He prop blocked my house and spammed textscreens on it that had racial slurs. He attempted to raid my house over and over even as I was begging admins for help and nobody answered. I tried to demote him, but rather than actually helping me, the admin warned me for false demoting. Like what in the fuck is going on here?

Your admins are some of the worst I have ever seen. They don't care about keeping the server peaceful and would rather warn the people trying to play legitimately than go after the people who are ruining the experience of others. I will never return to this server and will warn all of my friends to stay away as well. You guys really need to clean up your act. Peace.

2 wrongs doesn't make 1 right, even if the staff member didn't respond to your f1 make a demote request on him for not doing his job, and may i ask which server that happened on? and when in GMT time?

Staff don't always have to be doing f1s

If your report in-game isn't immediately handled you can always record your evidence in the form of a video or screenshot(s) that can be used in a forum report. Use the Ban Request template and fill out the questions with the appropriate information, then make a topic in the Report Abuse section.

Either that, or you can report members of staff if you feel they are neglecting their position by using the Demote Request format and making a thread in the same forum section.

The staff members are players as well as you are, and they do their work voluntarily so you should be thanking them. Keep in mind that there are other users reporting rulebreakers and those who did so before you are being helped. You did break rules and you were punished for them, if you were a bit more patient I'm more than sure that you would've gotten some help from staff. You shouldn't have taken matters into your own hands especially breaking server rules while doing so. I am sure you waited for like 3 minutes and was too impatient to wait for staff to come. I would get where you're coming from if this occurred 2 months ago, but I hardly believe what you're saying to be true because there would be 6 F1s and we'd have 6 staff members taking them at the same time. Again, voluntarily.
