Story: So I was mining in the mining district I had a mining dupe which had 2 exits and entrance but instead this guy decides to prop push me and kills me he also was liying in a admin sit and got warned for that thanks to xiberreta hes a great guy understood the situation and dealt with it nicely and professionally this person numa we had a recent fight so I guess that was the reason why he wanted to kill me

And when the situation was done xiberreta brought me to another roof saying that if you lost something make a post about it I hope this is enough if not I can send you another video showing him saying that

Side note: Xiberreta should be promoted after what he has done and answered to my report in a flash and dealt with it nicely and smoothly when numa was interrupting him each time he spoke

Well this guy killed you, and you only will recieve refunds for items if for example the server crashed. Or it was a server related issue. If he killed you its a rulebreak but not refundable

I would just like to clear things up as I falsely warned the guy who killed Mulcher because I believed that you couldn't push miners without using a prop, which I was corrected by Coutinroy. Him killing you in the mine was justified as he did /me move or kos and he didn't prop push you so I doubt you will get a refund sorry
