Suggestion Title: Add a chat to the fourms

How would it benefit the server: If you could add a chat to the fourms like you can pm your friends when your not on steam or ts3 you can just message them on this and it would make a ding noise which you would be able to mute so if you don't have them on steam or your not active on ts you can just message them on this and it would just be alot more helpful overall for people who want to kind of use this as a messaging system insted of ts or fb or anyother socail media
