Suggestion Title: Limitation of alt accounts

How would it benefit the server: PPL wouldn't abuse alts

Potential Issues/Exploits: The issue is i noticed one of my friend abusing his alt accounts to raid the bank and he goes into cop sets the alts up so the they body block and basicly raids the bank.

Additional notes: I think this would really benefit the server cause the person constantaniously abuses 4+ alts.

Para won't be happy seeing this with his 7 alts lul

Well yeah it sucks alot since people can spam alts in and just go afk mining with them.

So you want to make a rule about limiting alts because one dude is abusing it? If they were to limit or ban alts they would be killing population considering alts provide population growth and they would be pissing people off who use the alts to help them make money which isn't easy for everyone.

Anyone has the capability's to be able to bring on alts and use them for their own self gain or for other reasons. Limiting alts is just screwing everyone else since if someone is dedicated enough they could just get their friends to host the alts for them then use them.
