Server Name: Trouble in Terrorist Town

Suggestion Title: Change automated chat messages

How would it benefit the server: This would reduce the amount of automated messages produced to a player's chatbox - reducing chat spam.

Potential Issues/Exploits: None.

Additional notes: I noticed this when I was playing this morning:

If you focus on the chat, there are two messages in red, both about making reports on a player. I think we should remove the second message message (with "/report"). We could also combine the yellow messages about daily objectives and the pointshop into one message instead of two separate ones.
