Trial moderator

How would it benefit the server:
When people apply for mod and they did not get much support. They may get but they can be put on trial. Not having much commands as a normal moderator but has less commands just to see how they go. And if they have no requests against demoting or them rule breaking. They will have that privilege taken away from them

If they're really dedicated to get mod, they'll improve and keep trying.

What less commands would a trail mod even get? Moderator is limited enough so this is a bad idea. All you have to do is improve from the reason as to why you were denied and reapply, it's that simple.

There is no need for this moderators barley have no commands already.

If you are dedicated enough to want mod then you will, just takes time

If anything has been made obvious it's that even the people that get accepted seem unable to handle commands at times so I don't see why people that get denied should access to anything, they were obviously denied for a reason and should show improvements prior to applying not after.

Think over it and if you still want to be mod, change your shit attitude.
