Server Name: SSRP 1, 2 & 3

Suggestion Title: Scrambler

How would it benefit the server: Benefiting both parties in a raid as they wont know who is near by through the use of chat. It will be used to disable all forms of chat for x minutes constantly showing.
could also disable cameras.

Potential Issues/Exploits: None.

Additional notes: Well.... no.

But how would a player know if another player broke Raid Timer?

Edit: That's if he killed the raider directly or missed his name etc.

On top of that, make it disable the scan master when it is around the area the scrambler is nearby.
