Server Name: Trouble in Terrorist Town

Suggestion Title: Chat message displaying remaining slays

How would it benefit the server: Players who receive multiple slays may forget how many they were given or have left. For example, a player may break a rule and log off. Two slays is given to their Steam ID for two separate incidents. They login two days later and are slain at the start of the next round and are shown how many they have left. This would avoid people coming into the server and spamming admin chat complaining about being slain "every round".

Potential Issues/Exploits: None as far as I can see.
