Suggestion Title: Gang channel update

How would it benefit the server: Basically, every gang would have their own channel (most already do). The gang owner will gain acces over that channel, and be able to assign everyone who is in the gang a custom gang group, so that they'd be able to join the gang channel and be able to be recognized on TS3 as part of a certain gang.

Potential Issues/Exploits: None
