Suggestion Title:Ownable elevators

How would it benefit the server:so if people want to base above spawn or somewere they can own the elevator so people now that there is a base up there instead of getting 1 tapped as soon as it opens.

Potential Issues/Exploits:none

Additional notes:

I don't think this would be good for the Nexus because there is multiple floors for many people to base in but could work opposite spawn in s3 and the elevator in s2.
