Suggestion Title: Accept/Decline option on gifts

How would it benefit the server: less trolling, less rage on forums and ingame from community

Potential Issues/Exploits: None? issue for trolls..

Additional notes: I've seen tons of posts about removing the gifting option even tho its really good, but it would be great if there was an option if u could see who sent you and what did one send before accepting or declining, so if its just some random 50 lockicks, u just simply decline..
