Suggestion Title: Vote for Gun dealer and anti prop for new people

How would it benefit the server: less crashes/lag and less mass rm

Potential Issues/Exploits: none

Additional notes: So the first one is to make a vote to create for gun dealer or make it so you need a specific playtime to become it and the other one is so if you are new you need yo wait for an hour in order to spawn props

There would be no reason to make it like that. Some new people like to play as a gun dealer to make their first money, that is also what i did when i first started playing, that way you can interact with players make friends AND money at the same time. There is no reason to change this. Also EVERYONE no matter what time they have played should have the same access ( when it comes to users) and that is how it is now, and changing that would be stupid and unfair
