How would it benefit the server:
so that i and many others would know in which areas to improve on

Other applications get responded to wich lets the applicants know what do improve on

Most of the time it is because someone else is better not that you need to improve on anything

You most likly get replies on area's where to improve on when people reply on appliations bud so this sort of isn't neded.

It seems they do reply on applications sometimes and lock them. at least they did last month.
