I really Think we should fix the refund policy. As i promised i would help out on the forums, but also other players and my self.

So I'll take my problem for an example...

I lost my nano and scan master to a broken item that is more OP than a m202 while it only costs 100K. I sent in the refund report and came back empty handed. Apparently it was meant to be OP to kill a 120 mil suit, but the "Price is too small"

They decided to fix it but not refund, and why? Well Para Montana said "Because then other people would come back and also want refund"

And that's kinda the whole Point of a thing! If the head decides to make a thing that's OP but cheap, they must see consequences. As a consequence, refund the people who lost items to a stupid reason. And what will the server lose? NOTHING! That's the thing, it's only profitable for players, and can make sure players will have a better opinion about this Community.

So remake the refund policy, and make it easier to get items back due to a "Thing that's meant to be OP and cheap, but we decided to nerf it cause people complaine about it so it's totally not a bug" thing. And I'd like players opinion and not only high ends opinion, since this only affects players and not high ends

And that's good Brandify, but still. I've lost basically whole my inventory to RDM'ers, CDM'ers, AOS'ers, so basically people who fights Zarp's rules. And it would be greatly profitable to Zarp's SSRP servers, since alot of people will not lose items to rule breakers, who come on the servers and troll.

What would/could happen is people will get a greater opinion and invite friends to play, and record videos. And if Viewers see that we're having fun and the admins are nice, then alot of people would come to the server and play, and buy for real Money and have a real working refund service, and not have to worry about trollers!
