Less RDM reasons and confusing scenario's

Additional notes:

Currently the M24 and the poison dart rifle look exactly the same, and if you see in the tower someone scoping in with the M24/Poison dart rifle it's really nearly impossible to KOS him for having a T weapon without letting anyone notice about it.

I personally think the poison dart is designed as a stealth type weapon; it makes very little noise when being used at long range - often the grunt when someone is hit is only audible. Recently, I've seen people ask players who have the M24 equipped to shoot one round in the air to see if it's the actual sniper or not.

I'm not sure which side I'm on however, because people don't often carry around T weapons equipped as it'll give away their intentions. But at the same time, it'll level things out a bit because the poison dart still is extremely powerful.
