Suggestion Title:
Anti Scan Master Character Upgrade

How would it benefit the server:
The maps in server 1, 2 & 3 are not that big and can be scan mastered whole in less than 30 minutes each. Allowing players to buy such an upgrade will ensure them security of their printers from players with scan master.

Potential Issues/Exploits:
Not that I know of, might cause trouble into coding it to the scan master.

Additional notes:
Can be added in the upcoming christmas update
This upgrade should apply to all modes of the scan master - Hit, Entity, Wanted - Completely disabling it's ability.
Cost can be 100m - 150m.
Can be named "Anti Scan Upgrade" or "Radar Defense Upgrade" your call.

With scanmasters becoming more rare This thing about scanmasters is that theyre supposed to be like they are now, Making them weaker or creating a upgrade against it will lower its value and with them being rare i think its op for them to be so "op". Besides with huge bases now-a-days not everyone can be expected to own the upgrade. So that makes it pointless Good intentions but no.
