Server Name:
All Of The SSRP Servers,

Suggestion Title:
Give the ability for player to be able to see who owns props,

How would it benefit the server:
This would allow players to make warn requests on players who have prop blocked, spamming, or abusing prop in anyway as it currently stands if their are no staff on their is nothing a user can do do get a player punished for his or her actions,

It would also help with issues involving staff members, Say if their is a illegal base, the person who owns it is believed to be a staff member, when the demote request the staff member can simply deny he owned it... ect

Potential Issues/Exploits:
i believe this was removed before but i'm not 100% sure why. but if anyone knows please let me know

This would make a ton of reports so much easier,
Say there are no staff online and someone built a wall around spawn but the builder is not in sight. Theres no way to get the name of the person who owns the prop in a screenshot, but if we add in the aspect of seeing who owns the prop we could so very EASILY report the rulebreaker whenever we have access to talking to staff Via TS, Steamchat, or them getting on the server.
