Server Name: SSRP

Suggestion Title: Limit 3 lights per player and reduce the maximum radius and/or brightness of them, because currently everywhere you go there is random lights hanging from the sky with literally 0 purpose which lead to FPS lags for people that dont have very good pc's like me. And it generally kinda hurts my eyes at times when theres 10 lights at 1 place at maximum radius and brightness

How would it benefit the server: Would reduce FPS lags

Potential Issues/Exploits:None that I can think of.
