Suggestion Title:
Adding a timer for props before going away on players client crashes.

How would it benefit the server:
Usually players who own a big part of a base dupe or a good printer box dupe crash from a loss of client internet connection for a moment. Adding a fetaure that will allow their props to stay 10 minutes before disappering unless they return to the server will benefit a lot to them and leave them without much fear from client crashing which happens a lot to many players and is very annoying.

Potential Issues/Exploits:
None.

Additional notes:
The props should be deleted on all other occassions (Server Crash, Ban, Disconnect).
