Freebandz Santa and Elf Suit Suggestion

Suggestion Title:

Santa And Elf Suit

How would it benefit the server:

It would be nice and spread christmas cheer across ZARP. It could increase RP and bring players some good memories of ZARP and having fun with their friends

Potential Issues/Exploits:

None I can think of.

Additional notes:

This should be released during the Christmas event for obvious reasons.

Elf: Nothing on gamebanana or the workshop ;-;
