Server Name:
All SSRP servers. Suggestion Title: Define Raidable Entities & Name exploits that are not allowed How would it benefit the server: It would help the staff better handle situations in which they need to know whether a melon is a raidable entity or not, in which melon is an example. It would also help clear up future 'slam jump' from easily being recognized as either allowed or not allowed. Potential Issues/Exploits: Can complicate rules, or maybe people will argue that 'the exploit was not seen on the list'. Additional notes: Example of raidable entities: 7.0 - Raidable Entities List List [ Click to expand ][ Click to hide ] * Money Printers * Weed Plant * Pots Note: Any entity not on the list should be regarded as a non-raidable entity. (Entities are updated regularly once a month) Example of Exploits: 8.0 - Banned Exploits As stated any exploits not meant to be in the game, is not allowed. List of 'names' on known exploits: List [ Click to expand ][ Click to hide ] * Slam jumping * Underground Car Bug Note: In case you found an exploit and it is not on the list, please contact lead team before using it to verify if it is allowed or not. List will be updated if any more exploits surface. I think this could clear up much unwanted confusion. Although I agree it could also be an addition that is 1. Uncalled for. 2. Easy to 'exploit' and 3. A bit of work and communication. I though alsp think this helps new staff members, and clears up confusion. Thanks for considering, place any thoughts. Remember this is a discussion, and I like seing input. PS. Entities should be listed according to alphabet. |

This really isn't needed buddy, We all know what entities are and also we all know what exploits do, Basicly anything that gives you a unfair advantage isn't allowed.

Sure, but does the users know aswell? I have been in multiple sits where staff have not been able to tell if the entity was raidable or not. And yes, exploits gives an unfair advantage, bit many players seem to misunderstand the concept. :b To me I never saw the problem in all of this. Slam jumping is the same as prop pushing. And the jug suit is implemented so it is an ingame feature. Glad you wrote though ![]() |

In my opinion I feel that a lot of this is something you should know because it is common to know what a raidable entities are and it is common sense and the exploits are not listed because if they are then it is basically advertising them

Many moderators, if not also a handful of admins, can be confused and not always know if a certain thing is a raidable entity. I am not even sure if there more than 10 non raidable entities, but I doubt it, cba to count. Idk, I was more thinking of recent events, escalated events. And recent experience on the server that led to a lot of confusion. As I wrote in the suggestion Icknew this might be uncalled for. But at least staff should be taught inbetween the lines of the rules when they join for the first time as a moderator. Anyhow 6am xD goodnight folks. |
