Suggestion Title: Change the spawn

How would it benefit the server: It would stop people from dying at the start of the round

Potential Issues/Exploits:

Additional notes: If I had a pound every time I spawned in lava then I would have £105

I believe this is already being worked on as I've suggested this before.

I think Max said himself he'd remove the nether spawns

Yeah Max has said he'll fix this issue, you just need to wait for it to happen.
