Server Name: Zarp's SSRP servers

Suggestion Title: Reload Speed Chatacter Upgrade

How it would benefit the server?: I think it would be helpful, because in combat it's pretty annoying to reload and die because in my opinion some guns and their reload speed (for example: psgs) isn't too fast, so a reload speed upgrade would be helpful.

Pottentional Issues/Exploits: NO WAY

Additional Notes: Should cost around ammo boost's price.

Great upgrade suggestion And to the other guys commenting im pretty sure all the other upgrades makes the rich win aswell so thats just BS. Reload time should be same for everyone? Then damage and health and all that should too. Upgrades are made for the rich to benefit in battle and rp. Yes they do but why add more? Can u answer that? I though Zarp welcomes every new comer yet i dont think they are welcomed when they cant even play.

Lol The other Upgrades dont Do the Whole Work For you, You Still gotta aim/Conserve Your Ammo Etc.
But If this gets added, Rich People wont have to try anymore.
